J&S Combat Academy started with a backyard dream and two people willing to bet on themselves. Founded by Coach Swopes and fighter Stephen “Heavy Hands” Johnson, J&S was built on family, hard work, and a vision that refuses to stay small. What started as a dream between coach and fighter is growing into something real—raising the bar, climbing higher, and building one round at a time.

At J&S, it’s bigger than training. It’s about discipline, growth, loyalty, and proving that humble beginnings can create something powerful.
